but it has become more diverse over the past 20 years so I agree that this district is a possible Democratic pickup. Richardson may also be succumbing to an aging population so that old conservatives are no longer around. Of course they blame it on DART (rapid transit) coming to town since that is the answer to the inside joke of Dallas County, "What is the surest sign your neighborhood is going downhill?"
