Please, I'm not the only one that needs help.

They need to stop showing the damn rallies. I have looked at MSNBC... found nothing. I tried CNN and NBC and found nothing. I have in the past but not now.
All I want to tell them is if you show a rally, I will change channels. If you show too many clips of the moron, I will change channels. Is that clear enough?

But we all know that, with 100% certainty, by now. Nobody is going to learn anything from hearing him talk about how excellent he is.

I'd think that MSNBC could fill a void by continuing to broadcast news when other channels all show the same rally.

The commercials. esp. the Super Bowl commercials that everyone talks about the next day.

I rarely hear or see ads anymore, almost feel entirely out of the loop and sometimes have to do a reading bout to get caught up on a product.

it was a gradual process. First thing to go was the adverts on the tv stations, once I had a remote.
Zap those suckers into silence, if not oblivion.
Then it was an easy step to just getting rid of the tvs later on.

The others who do watch it are being brainwashed. How do we help prevent that?

I suspect we need to be find a middle of the road where we can still be active enough to be relevant in discussion and disagreement and keep ourselves sane. As it is now my online time vs TV time is 90:1. I’ve always been a person who enjoys selecting and reading my information, though.

I haven’t figured out where that sweet spot is at yet, but I ever do I’ll report.

I've been doing that since the campaign.
