Sorry, but I guess I'm experiencing inter-cranial flatulence:
does Pompeo even have to be approved by Senate as SOS?
Somewhere along the line, I thought I heard that Trump could simply move previously Senate-approved appointees to new positions in his regime without re-approval.
Can someone more knowledgeable than me set me straight?
