10. PS - He also said Hillary lost Allegheny by 4% but won the absentees in Allegheny by 4%, so

if that trend were to hold then Lamb would win the absentees in Allegheny by more than he won it in the vote tonight.

22. He just did the hard math on the balance of absentee - about 1400out in. Washington and Greene- and

Lamb is up 579, so Saccone would have to get like 90-95% of the remaining absentee vote and he’s not likely to get 60%!!! Whether a recount is triggered is another matter.

He probably wins tonight by a few hundred and then picks up another 500 in absentee. Lamb needs about 1650 more vote to win tonight.
