(13,790 posts)...wouldn't be reporting by precinct until the morning. How can they report the whole county without knowing the precinct counts????

(3,586 posts)The NY Times doesn't have any precinct votes showing for Westmoreland County, but they are able to report the aggregate count somehow. I'm guessing Greensburg, the county seat, has the aggregate. I supervise elections in my little part of Allegheny County, in the district next to Lamb's.
