Interesting Demographics: PA-18 is almost 94% WHITE

Also ranked 2nd out of all congressional districts in the state for percentage of population over 65.

Ranked 4th in the state for rate of home ownership, per capita income and college degrees.

not see a person of color. The lack of people here from other cultures is what makes this such a racist area. Also...people here are not well traveled. If you have a brain, a heart and a soul it is a tough place to live.
