"Pain is weakness leaving the body". What is that supposed to mean? Or did I read this wrong (my English is painfully bad sometimes, too)?
Isn't this offensive to people with chronic pain because of illness or disability?
And while this may be a useful attitude for a soldier it's also disturbing, IMHO, because it shows a sort of mercilessness. If he is so adamant on himself, can he be compassionate and caring for others who are not so strong?
