The Pa-18 Special Election is over
And I live in the new 14th. So far, none of the declared candidates on either side even live here. I don’t think that under Pa. law there is a requirement to actually live in the district to represent it but it looks bad.
Dr. Bob Soloman, an ER physician, is seeking the Democratic nomination. That walruslike toupee wearing tool Saccone has announced he will run. Ugh.
Any Conor Lamb types out there? Note that this place is like Mississippi with less charm and worse weather. It’s a terrible place for a Democrat to run. This district is even more Repuke than the Pa-18. Saccone consumed $12 million or more and lost so he may have trouble raising money.
And here’s one you could not make up. The woman who was involved with Tim Murphy’s caucus, so to speak, (Murph’s resignation made the whole Conor Lamb scenario possible), is running for Congress.
Do these people have not a shred of shame?
