Economic Anxiety!!!

I live paycheck to paycheck.
I have gone to bed hungry from time to time very recently.
I am worried about my workplace closing down and it happened last year to a sister store.

But the weird thing is...

I still see Muslim Americans as my fellow Americans.
I still make time to defend my fellow Americans who are GLBTQ.
I still say that black lives matter.
I still see the concept of immigrants or refugees being "illegal" as silly.

Maybe I have a mutation or some sort of superpower. Or maybe we could be appealing to those people who are living in hardship but are not willing to take up hate and xenophobia, you know, real human interconnectedness.
