Some Thoughts On Mueller

Here's my take on things for what it's worth. The Trumpster is cornered and knows it. If he fires Mueller his options for pardoning his 3 kids are gone. What Mueller would then do is turn his evidence over to the NY Attorney General who will prosecute the Trumpster and his 3 kids without the fear of any pardons. So the Trumpster has to hope Mueller will go for a pardon of his 3 kids and refer everything to a Repug Congress for impeachment regarding any criminal activity on his part. So far the Repugs have been too cowardly to stand up to the Trumpster, so this might be a good way for him to go. Also, keep in mind that the attorneys Mueller brought on board are civilian attorneys and could just as easily work for the NY Attorney General. Very little is mentioned on the news about the NY Attorney General, but he is very much there and very eager to go after the Trumpster and his crime family. No matter how this goes down, the Trumpster is toast for sure. It's just a matter of time, and time is one thing we don't have. Every day it will only get worse.

the misadmin can't claim a personal vendetta by an ex-employee, so I would guess the same issue stands w/ Mueller.

I think your play is the more likely, and rather promising!

And above all, we need to focus on keeping things together until at least November when hopefully reality will sink in for the idiots in the GOP.

Thankfully, we have many new allies on board these days -- look at the special elections -- including some pretty damned motivated teen-agers.

For example, witness this from the CNN Town Hall on gun violence from the Stoneman Douglas High School Drama Club:

Such things give one hope for the future. It's nice that the kids somehow have our back.

Let's join and lead along with them. It is going to take collaboration to accomplish our goals.

on edit: Here's the best journalism about this event. Highly recommended click-through. You need to read it. It's our hope!

through that far. He has gotten away with being a criminal all his life with no consequences. He doesn't believe there will be consequences this time either.

Remember, this is a man who has gone bankrupt 7 times. You do that once or twice and you learn. 7 times means he never learned not to be reckless.

I may not be understanding this properly, but what if Republicans finally allow him to go through impeachment in the House, but the Republicans in the Senate don't evict him?

Dump is guilty of some serious stuff and will no doubt commit even more serious crimes before he's brought up on impeachment charges. The GrOPers may think twice about letting those slide.

Besides, they still have Pence.

It depends on how many Senators we have after Nov 18.

Im fairly convinced we will take the house back.

If we can win back the Senate or keep it as it is today 51 49, I think there are enough republicans who will vote to impeach him.

The thing I worry about is if the Russians help the Republicans again and the GOP keeps the house and senate then we may find our constitution in danger of being changed. We could move to a style of country that Russia is today.

control Congress. The Dotard will not know what to do once the Dems begin oversight hearing and stop his agenda. I believe Trumpanzee is cash poor and $1,000 an hour lawyers will take the fight out of him. Blaming Dems for everything, he will find an excuse to resign and he will crawl back home with his cowardly tail between his legs.

And this is wide spread.

the GOP seems recently to have shown signs that they could go for a complete revamp of the constitution..throwing out norms that we have had for years and replacing them with disgusting behaviors.

There has to be a large cleanup of this party or breaking away from this party to a new GOP that has some integrity and honor even with different ideas. Like Evan McMullin or Mitch Romney, Charlie Dent, etc
