(sigh) No, dammit, some of us are NOT "more equal" than others! People are People.

No matter what color; no matter what name we give to our God if we acknowledge one; no matter who or how we love; no matter if we are healthy or Ill, wealthy or poor, young, old or in between--- under the laws of the nation we are fortunate to live in and, indeed, by the very Constitution which all our elected officials swear to "uphold and support", WE ARE EACH EQUAL TO ANY!

Anyone who seeks to set some of us above the rest is tearing at the fabric of our democracy and---figuratively speaking, of course--- needs their ass kicked!

divide others into the worthy and the unworthy. If I try real hard, I can pity them, but mostly they just piss me off.

he said, "If you can convince the lowest white man he's better than the best colored man, he won't notice you're picking his pocket. Hell, give him somebody to look down on, and he'll empty his pockets for you."
