Was he following the orders of Donald Trump when he fired McCade?
If so, he should not be prosecuted if he brings that information to Mueller?
I do not believe that Sessions fired McCade on his own volition or schedule.

Also, wouldn't that be proof of obstruction of justice?

(1,201 posts)If it had to be Sessions or Trump gets off, of course, but Sessions is a proven liar, who thinks he'll get away with it.

(3,515 posts)There is no way Trump could order Sessions to do anything if Sessions refused to do it. The worst Trump could do would be to fire Sessions.
Sometimes you just have to do what is right regardless of the consequences.
Sessions knows that. He made a choice.

Doesn't hardly sound right?
