All campaigns should be funded by government, on a limited budget. That will destroy all those lobbyists.

(23,542 posts)I would think Pritzker would win against the nazi woman. But, who knows. I thought rauner was too conservative for our state.
I spent 6th through 12th as an Illinois resident. I live an hour from Chicago and 35 minutes from Lansing. I was stunned you guys elected him(yourself excluded obviously)

(14,167 posts)Dollar for dollar, JB can compete and overwhelm him. Look what he did to his own opponents -- and not by denigrating them, but by promoting his own beliefs and positions.
We could do worse.
Also, JB is not afraid to take the gloves off. He can beat Rauner.

JB would trounce Ives, but I think this Erika Harold has a good shot to take AG for the Republicans in November.

(3,166 posts)as far as the AG, the Democrats thus far tonight have +500,000 more voters than Republicans in the AG race.....I think the Democratic voters will coalesce around the winner of tonights primary...
