We hope to be able to say that DUers are supporting marches in all 50 states (plus DC). So far DUers have identified participation in about half of the states. Still Looking for those attending marches in: AL, AK, AZ, DE, GA, HI, KS, KY, ME, MD, MN, MS, NE, NH, NJ, ND, OK, RI, SC, SD, TN, UT, VA, WV, WY-- If you are attending a march in one of those states please (especially) check in!

1. Where were you DUers when we had our best chance to make a difference on gun violence?

I ask that of every DUer, including those who are not parents, who may own guns themselves and want to protect the right, and those who are skeptical of this effort...

THIS IS THE BEST CHANCE WE'VE HAD IN YEARS to affect CHANGE towards gun policy/violence prevention.

These kids deserve our support.

Where were YOU when we Marched For Our Lives?

I'm going to continue to bump these posts because, I have dear friends who responded to Columbine. I know some of those affected. I know a couple (distantly) affected by the Aurora theater shooting. I think it is OUR RESPONSIBILITY to support these KIDS. WE are Democratic Underground--- we are here to make a difference!
