Trump Military Parade post

Check out this viral post by NC Congressional Candidate Scott Huffman who's running in the 8th District. It's been viewed by over 7.5 million folks on Facebook and shared over 60,000 times. It struck a nerve with fellow veterans.

It would require actually walking (guessing that golf carts aren’t allowed, but pretty certain there are ramps for wheelchairs)!

First, as a combat vet, I can’t blame anyone for trying to dodge a draft for an unjust war. War really, really, really sucks. But to then wrap yourself with the flag, take hawkish positions like those trump has with North Korea, and to berate the service of those who actually fought in a war is a completely different thing.

Bill Clinton was a draft dodger, but he was very reluctant to put boots on the ground. For what it’s worth, I completely believed in our intervention in the Balkins. Stopping genocide is a mission I would have been proud to be a part of. In fact, that is what I wanted to do with my service when I joined in 1997.

One man has a sense of honor while the other obviously doesn’t.

I got depressed when all those Marines cheered trump 3/13/18 at Miramar Air Station, San Diego. Would they turn their weapons on americans if the POS potus ordered them too. How many in that crowd would? THAT'S MY CONCERN. And the post about Arlington National Cemetery and the 5 time draft dodger, so true

They are more likely to turn them on militarized police. Remember the oath is against all enemies foreign or domestic. That means things like Ferguson and Boston didn’t sit well.

You have that faith. I was fresh out of Vietnam when the Kent State murders/shootings took place. I just don't have your faith.

I believe a significant amount of our troop's political leaning is a product of FOX NEWS brainwashing. It's like a cult mentality and very dangerous.
I would LOVE to see Federal Marshals storm the doors at FOX armed with handcuffs and padlocks. Bastards.

I too remember the shooting of college kids at Kent State.
