Was just watching the World Ice Skating Championships. CCCP flag being waved for the Russians.

Is this a thing now?

I mean, I know Putin wants to get the band back together.
I guess I hadn't realized that at least some Russians are also supportive of the idea.

Everything old is new again, I guess. Neo-Nazis, Neo-Soviets...what's next?

... think he blames the west for the soviet union falling apart when it was Russia's bigotry towards Muslims that was the death nail IMHO at the root of why the USSR fell apart after the Ukraine left the union.
