I want to hear from three kinds of people tomorrow: Students, Parents of Students and Teachers.

The rest of us should listen and support.

words to use with my logo/image on my sign. As an illustrator I know that image+slogan=strong message. I used the logo of the March For Our Lives of the boys/girls silhouette, cut-out chain with a huge red cross hairs over them and wrote GUNS KILL! in red and made the letters drip blood and splattered red paint across the whole sign. At the bottom I wrote NRA×$$$=GOP (as a former teacher I figured a math equation/sentence would be appropriate).

I decided to be graphic after listening to the students from Parkland speak on the news. They want people to see the blood, the torn up bodies, the tissue and organs splattered across floors, ceilings, walls and each other. People do need to see it in color, in detail and see it often. This can't be glossed over and it shouldn't be covered up.

80% of parents have had to have a talk with their kids about what to do if this happened at their school. As a former teacher I had to teach my 6 year olds how and what to do to stay safe. I used to think that the worst emergency would be an earthquake...that IS normal. A gun shooter in a school is NOT normal.

RESIST!
