He's gone through all of his attorneys and nobody else wants the job.
So, he's going pro se for the duration. His massive ego makes him think he can stand up against people like Mueller.
Bad cess to him!

(31,125 posts)All he needs is a lawyer who can bully the entire FBI and Justice Dept.
BTW, let's not forget the McCabe shit, that was a message to ALL people in the government that he will destroy them if he can.
What we know as rump has admitted it is he is motivated by only two things, greed and revenge.

I think Hope Hicks' leaving the White House was an important moment. It signaled the ultimate outcome of his case I think.
It's interesting that she is not on TV or talking about her time in the White House.

I didn't think Trump could do worse.
But if he's going pro se, he's going to prove that thought was inaccurate.

(34,661 posts)has to appear before a Grand Jury in D.C.. My Guess is,he is already planning a exit strategy. He will work out a deal that makes him look good and then bail blaming the D.C. Crowd for his inability to get the Nations business done.
Remember how he left the Jersey Casino World, blamed it on the Banks .

(32,096 posts)There. Fixed it for you. Most, if not all of the ones he has had all along have been fools. It's just that each replacement is a bigger fool. You'd think that every member of the ABA has figured out by now that they're dealing with a full-fledged lunatic, but there's always a new fool that hasn't learned from the string of old fools preceding him...

(7,947 posts)He's been carrying Trump's water all year, though not very effectively -- he argues technicalities, not substance. But he's very Trump-high. So has Trump not even asked him?
Instead he goes for these 4th-tier guys?
Not that I want to give him advice, but that's sort of weird. Dersh is sure auditioning for the role a lot.

I'm surprised that Rudy Giuliani isn't helping him, or even Chrs Christie, or his other lawyer-bros.
He does have a few bros left, I think.
