Listening to Dr. Ronny Jackson's explanation that Trump has good genes, which is why

his cholesterol level doesn't show the impact of all those burgers and fries it reminded me of that Silicone Valley show where one of the Silicone gurus had a blood boy. That's a surrogate blood donor, usually a young man in full good health, that provides live transfusions.

Now, I'm not saying that Trump has a blood boy, I'm just saying that it wouldn't surprise me to learn that was the case. On the other hand, maybe we just need a second medical opinion.
