Mueller announcement about him not being a target or has his lawyers explained what that actually means? I fully expected a tweet announcing that Mueller has exonerated him.

what it actually means. The only difference between being a subject and a target is that when you're a target, they're ready to charge you. Mueller is likely still hoping to get donnie under oath and that wouldn't happen if he were named a target. I suspect someone has explained this to donnie or he would have tweeted about it.

someone at Fox does something just short of thinking to come up with the bs that gets spouted on air, then blasted out on Trump's tweets.

Oh. And these are considered "Official Presidential Statements."
