The Atlantic flatly reported yesterday that Pruitt ordered the raises he professes to have just learned about yesterday.

10. You know, I sympathize with Pruitt here. It really isn't his fault.

What happened was Prez D. t-Rump was mumbling to himself when he offered Pruitt the job. They both thought he was being offered chief of the Entitlement Protection Agency. And, so far he's been doing an awesome job of protecting their entitlements. Neither one of them can figure out why environmental questions and issues keep coming into play.
