I'm actually surprised the Madman hasn't been crowing/attempting to spin the news....

...that he hasn't yet been named a "target" of the investigation, while still being the "subject" of the investigation, somehow operates as an exoneration (even though it's anything but that).

Usually, he'll attempt to spin the hell out of stuff like that on Twitter for his low-information fanbase to repeat ad naseum.

And especially considering he doesn't have a lawyer to shut him up, spare Jay Sekulow.

Why has he been so quite so far?

labeled Suspect - in the eyes of the Law.....no one believes any of the rhetoric out of the WH..he has nowhere to go - in deflect mode...funny how a suspect can be subject to a subpoena...
