Trump by nature is a "bully." The FBI as an agency does not take kindly to "bullies."

If I recall, Trump tried to bully James Comey, who at the time was head of the FBI..(is that correct?)
Mueller was also the head of the FBI at one time. Mueller and Comey have been friends and confidants. Some how and some way, Mueller will get Trump. It could be indirectly or not so obvious. Maybe it won't be "Mueller."Doesn't matter. I think that in the end, Trump will go down.

3. The "right wing lunatics" who are abusing the FBI, will be dealt with by the FBI.

If they have broken federal law, they will be taken down.

Here is my deepest feelings on this. That take down will not be the way that most of us here would want. It will not be when we want. But it will happen. Why? That is what I deeply believe. The FBI is very patient. By nature, Comey and Mueller have to be patient to get Trump and company. But I believe that Mueller has been patient before with major criminals, and he will be patient again. I don't know when. But I do believe that the Trump crowd will go down. (and I believe that the Trump crowd has broken very definite laws that almost everyone will agree on)

4. Better that you're right about this than I. But I still remember the many

abuses committed by them even after that piece of shit Hoover passed. The point being many of these agents (especially the NY bureau) were perfectly happy happy to jump in bed with the filthy whore that is the republican party. Now they're waking up wondering where all the genital warts came from.

If what you say comes to pass. Great. The next step is to clean house at the FBI. They need to be civil servants and not partisan hacks who are always to get the "commies" and "mooslims". I hope there are more honorable people over there than not.

5. You reminded me of

a quote some attribute to Nietzsche. "What doesn't kill you will make you stronger." This seems to cover all situations where a "survival mode" is triggered, such as the bully, combat, The Great Depression.

I have no personal knowledge of Nietzsche, beyond Cliff Notes. This may be where I read that Nietzsche favored the idea of an ubermensch (sp?).

It appears many of US are fighting to survive and defeat this bully. Just my 2 cents
