but, he hasn't really practiced law actively since the early 90s so is likely really out of practice with it.

If I was tasked with putting together a pickup team of great basketball players, Kareem Abdul Jabbar is a big name and was a great player 35-40 years ago, but he's around 70 years old now and not exactly the best choice for my team.
