The NK release of three Americans, and its announcement by giuliani who had nothing to do with it,

reminds me somewhat of the Iran-Contra affair

While the Americans being released from NK, and overtures of disbanding their nuclear weapons is welcome, I remain very skeptical how this turn of events happened so suddenly
