The consent of the governed.

The Declaration of Independence says, “Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.” This means that government gets all its power from the people. The people set up the government. The people run the government.

The will of the people has been subverted. The choice of the "people" is perverted. Our beloved doctrines have been inverted.

Up is down, high is low, and the earth is flat. The "consent of the governed" and our institutional structures have, through their respective failures, diluted the incredible constitutional power of the people.

"The people run the government" ....and this (DT's administration) is what happens when people absolve themselves of their responsibilities/civic duty
