North Korean leader Kim Jong-un says President Donald Trump is "ruining the mood" about their proposed summit.
That reads like it's from a bad work of fiction about some dystopian future, but it's real.

He'll tweet something stupid and blame Democrats. I want the Koreans to find peace, but Orange Julius Ceasar doesn't deserve any credit. All he's done is provoke them and force their neighbors to call Kim down.
