this could be a Roger Stone setup. The women, all of whom were liberal supporters of Schneiderman, describe terrible, vicious abuse and their stories are consistent with each other's. This is nothing like the Al Franken situation.

the article was written. And his defense was that the women consented to his behavior.

According to the article, he would get severely intoxicated and his behavior would change dramatically after that.

This is more like Cosby's situation than like Franken's.

That said, I still think he was entitled to a legal inquiry and investigation if he chose to go through it.

I trust Ronan Farrow, one of the co-authors. I think he is a very bright guy who seems to have integrity and he was certainly right about Weinstein.
