due to circumstances beyond my control , but here for the record is the link to the information about the donation from Vekselberg to the Clinton foundation:

See the second paragraph where it says: "And his company did contribute between $50,000 and $100,000 to the Clinton Foundation, according to the foundation’s website."

So it is inevitable they will say the two things are the same. We have to make the distinction: one was a legit foundation donation. The Clintons, when they received the donation, were not in any position to provide any quid pro quo to Vekselberg OR Putin. The other payment, the one to trump via Cohen, was made when Vekselberg was sanctioned, and after trump was elected. It was a clear pay to play move.
