All the facts are not in yet, it looks like Cohen contacted these companies and offered them a deal. Send money to this address, sign this contract and Trump will help you out.

There is no proof yet Trump did any favors for these companies which means he ripped them off. Fraud, and these companies were afraid to stop paying because they signed a contract. They are afraid of what Trump may do. Trump has operated like this his entire life.
