I doubt that Trump would be willing to go to jail for anyone...answer to question 2..

1. I think it is zero and zero

As to 1), no doubt some people will not cooperate, but not out of personal loyalty to Trump -- Out of fear of revenge, out of not having enough knowledge of others' wrongdoings for a good proffer, out of arrogance or stupidity thinking they individually will get away with their crimes, out of hope that there will be a magic/hail mary way out.

And why will nobody including his kids go to jail *for* him, it is because the answer to 2) is zero, and they all know it. That said, I can see his idiot criminal kids acting against their own interests and being defiant to the end -- but that is different than falling on their swords expressly for the purpose of protecting him.

2. Trump's lawyer Michael Cohen might be willing to pay some kind of fine..

Do you think he would purposely lie to protect Trump?
Or..Perhaps he could claim lawyer/client privilege? I suppose he could avoid testifying...but..in my opinion, Mueller might find a way around all of that..

Or maybe with Ivanka.....but none of the others.

He loves himself and his wallet. No one and nothing else matters, including Ivanka. I had this conversation with someone today in fact.
