In this line of work, it's usually career suicide to say something depraved like this. But it shows what the climate is like where she's working.

After Sadler cracked her little joke, at least one person ran out of the meeting and straight to a reporter. Sadler shouldn't be feeling too comfortable around her co-workers, should she?

The speculation is that what Sadler said isn't worse than what 45 said about McCain during the campaign, so if Salder quits or gets fired it will be awkward for her boss. Jesus.
