Send them a tweet and post something on their Facebook page about why you're cancelling if you can.

(751 posts)Sprint covers up to $550/line to transfer and my wife and I owed on our phones. Should get Sprint phones next week. In the process of getting rid of DirecTV next.

(102,236 posts)my only other choice was Century link and it would not work with my nearly new and expensive modem/router and was not yet available to my street. Further, it seems they likewise contributed to efforts to kill net neutrality.
So after this AT&T abuse, I would likewise like to dump them, but I have six months left on my AT&T contract. I called and told them my intentions to leave and why at the end of my contract. In all honesty, I have equal contempt for Verizon, and Sprint has too many dead spots in my area.
So... being socially conscious and holding a mega company accountable are not so easy. I do know At&T is hearing from a lot of angry people though.
