16. The part in quotes is what Aventti actually said, and I do think

he SAID these words in an interview on NBC, rather than tweeted them. I think Krassenstein would just have retweeted it if this was a tweet from Avenatti. And the last line is from Krassenstein himself. So, I do not think this is a warning to NBC. It's just words he said to NBC on TV with a comment from Krassenstein added. ETA: I also couldn't find a tweet from Avenatti containing these words going back several days.

21. Where doe this suggest that NBC is in trouble? He told the News station that there are other

companies out there-its news... I don't see NBC as a target...overthinking this. And since NBC is pretty much all progressives have...let's not start rumors.
