The Occupus gets a mention on DC channel 7 local news

No photos or video of Occupus but they mentioned that Occupy was marching after the parade with a 70' octapus symbolizing corporate greed. The backdrop video was of floats.

When I heard it, I so wanted to see video of Occupus! SIGH I guess a mention of it in DC is some small progress.

when it came into view and it sounds like they did just that.

Still, it's progress that it wasn't relegated to the Do Dah Parade, something I wish someone would cover some day.
