The Midtown lawyer caught on camera hurling racist insults at Spanish-speaking restaurant workers was once busted for threatening a cop at a Phillies game, according to a report Friday.

Aaron Schlossberg, 42, allegedly barked, “You’re f—king dead” at a police officer who was responding to complaints about him at the sporting event in 2009, according to Philly Voice.

Fans had reported Schlossberg for “disturbing other patrons and refuse[ing] to stop” at a game against the Atlanta Braves on April 5, 2009, according to court documents cited by the website.

When a security guard told the hothead lawyer he would be booted from the game, he allegedly lashed out at a female cop, according to the paper.
