Although it apparently needs something since it can't seem to accomplish any of its set tasks, i.e. making us safer / winning wars. OTOH, if it is only intended as a perpetual cash cow for big corporations, it does that superlatively well.

He really has no idea what is going on. This stupid fat fuck can't be thrown out of office soon enough for me. His insensitivity and narcissism are repulsive, especially today.
