Michael Cohen is sending "signals" that he might be arrested and might flip.

Is this an overt signal to Trump to pardon him before he gives evidence?

I do read his reaction as a last-minute cry for help. Whether or not he thinks he can count on a pardon, he seems terrified of being arrested.
