Federal officials will be visiting Fort Bliss in El Paso in the coming weeks to assess whether a tent city can be constructed to house anywhere from 1,000 to 5,000 children, according to the McClatchy news service. Goodfellow Air Force Base in San Angelo and Dyess Air Force Base in Abilene also are being considered.

Once they are held within the Base, who will be allowed to access the kids to check on their care & treatment?
Their well being will be even more protected from outsiders reporting, by the regs of entering the mliitary base property.
