The NY AG just posted additional documentation in support of its lawsuit.

This email exchange shows that Trump campaign staff, with explicit approval from Trump himself, were dictating the recipients of Trump Foundation grants

15. And the statutes regarding collusion and conspiracy give a lot of latitude for prosecution.

A person whose knowledge and participation in a conspiracy may be confined to a very limited part of it - soliciting contributions, perhaps, or doing small disbursements, perhaps - but every person involved is on the hook for the entire gamut of operations. If a murder was committed in furtherance of the conspiracy, each and every person is culpable.

This is potentially very, very big....which your post seems to acknowledge.

There should also be some random capitalization.
"Fake News Media" is almost always capitalized. He would probably capitalize "charities" and maybe "money" or "pocket," too.

Federal law bars charities from making political donations. The foundation allegedly concealed the contribution on its forms by referring to Bondi’s organization, “And Justice for All,” by the name of a totally unrelated Kansas charity called “Justice for All.” The foundation claims the whole episode was a mistake.
