According to Frank Bruni of the New York Times, that means we can't talk about this anymore, and we all have to scold Patton for using a naughty word. Shame, shame, Patton! Using a swear when talking about this obscenity means that good people of high minds - who would ordinarily be upset about siblings being ordered not to hug each other while housed in a concentration camp - now have to cover their ears and can't do anything else.

When, oh when will celebrity randos ever learn not to cuss when talking about the depradations of the Trump administration? Now instead of demanding an end to these cruel and inhuman tortures, we all have to recite the never-ending litany: Shame on Kathy, shame on Samantha, shame on Robert, shame on Patton.

Fuck Bruni for placing concern over obscenities over human suffering.

Bruni's premise is dubious at best, his argument would be wanting in a middle-schooler's blue book, and his conclusion is utterly worthless. It does, however, appeal to a certain group of people who would much rather focus on some celebrity rando's naughty word than address the issue that prompted that word.

I’m still with Michelle Obama and her advice.

No one else here is, though.

I won’t be dragged down to the deplorable level. Nope.

That’s when they win.

Dear people citing The Bible:
It’s a cool book with some wonderful passages but it also has ghost sex & giants & super babies & demons. It’s why we don’t make laws based on Game of Thrones, My Little Pony or Legend of Zelda.

My heart breaks for all the children, families. How sad!!!! We need to get rid of Sessions, Trump, Pence, McConnell, Ryan and all the creeps, and I'm sure there are others that support them.

Your childish husband tears up papers to signal his underlings that The Meeting Is Over, in violation of the Presidential Records Act, which requires by law that every piece of paper that passes through the President's hands (even very small hands) must be preserved intact. That's why the White House has to pay people to put those papers back together. Also, your petulant, impulsive husband deletes tweets, also against the law.

On that point, the third lady will be forever silent.
