2. I can't ignore it. Wish I could. Yesterday morning I went on a mini-road trip by myself because

it was a beautiful day and I love to go to tag sales. I played some of my favorite CDs and felt the stress level decreasing. Then I met a kindred spirit who was setting up her sale and we vented for a solid 15 minutes before I bought anything. It kind of broke the spell, but it was nice to know a total stranger in a different state knew as much as I know about the Russia investigation, kids being separated from parents at the border, etc.
