Cruel and unusual punishment

VIII amendment of Constitution of the United States:

Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted

Keeping children in an outdoor tent “camp” in temperatures in excess of 100f (38c) is the very definition of “cruel and unusual”.

What, if any, medical facilities do they have onsite? What, if any, medical evacuation plan do they have for a critical patient? Where is the nearest level 1 trauma center? Do they maintain enough water and have trained medical staff onsite?

Are they providing these children educational resources? Translators? Legal counsel?

Holding children in indefinite detention is a violation of their rights under the V and XIV amendments and mounds of court precedent.

most importantly: WHY ARE ELECTED OFFICIALS AND THE MEDIA NOT ASKING THESE QUESTIONS!?!
