One of the first things Hitler did was strip Jews of their German citizenship. After that they couldn't get jobs or own property and it was all downhill from there. I don't think he'd hesitate to nullify the citizenship of Latinos, Muslims, anybody else on his list, if he could get away with it.

The President can only sign them into law. But, we all know damn well that if such bills came across his desk, he'd sign them before the paper even settled on his desktop.
