Avenatti is also representing more than 60 families who have been separated from their children due to Trump's 'zero tolerance' illegal immigration policy
Last week, Trump flipped his position, signing an executive order that promises to end the policy of separating children from their families at the border
But the administration has yet to answer how the more than 2,000 children in government care will be reunited with their loved ones
