I think the key to blocking an asshole justice is political, not parliamentary.

We have to put pressure on individual senators regarding women's rights. We have to appeal (beg?) for Corker or Flake, maybe, to stand against Trump. Then we have to hold the Dems, which may be even more difficult.

Beyond that, I have no idea what tools we might have left. The stolen election stole EVERYTHING from the left. THIS is the result.

he is unable to vote. Then we will only need to get one other republican to block this and that assumes that no Democrat is going to betray us.
