A modest proposal to end the Republican Party
This takes having the White House and House and Senate. But it would end this bullshit forever.
1. Remove all per-country immigration quotas
2. Triple the total immigration quota
3. Reduce the time LPRs need to wait to naturalize from 5 years to 2.
Game over. The US becomes a white-plurality country and the relevant national political argument becomes that between the two "ends" of the Democratic party.
This is going to happen naturally by 2045 (unless Trump manages to get his wish on immigration quotas), this is just accelerating that.
