Paranoia is practically a given with these extremists
While there is a strong interest in suppression of alternate energy production, the way this guy spoke, makes me think that he may believe that the wind farm is just a ruse to spy on his group.
Of course this guy probably gets his information from extremists groups, who in turn get it from special interests/wealthy activists.
