For those who remember Northridge there was a pre-shock and then about 15 minutes later POW.

If only they could all be like that. I remember back in '87 experiencing the first earthquake. I was in the shower and it was a doozie. I peeked out the bathroom window and the pavement was actually rolling. This one didn't really get my chihuahua's attention.

Whew.

....keep in mind LA will be up around San Francisco in about another 50 million years.

Mount Rushmore will have eroded away in about 7 million,...so,....I ain't planning on a intercity party.
