Here's one argument that might put to rest the who is this Olympian more Patriotic than another.

After watching the olympics I've come to the conclusion that ONLY TRACK AND FIELD Athletes are Patriotic after all when they win they drape themselves with an American flag like a cape and run around showing it off. I've also come to the conclusion that ONLY the Track and Field athletes from all the countries are the only athletes who should be in the Olympics because they are the only ones who care for their country because they follow the "American Example".

Think about it. Michael Phelps did not jump out of the pool and drape a flag around his body. Even in the winter Olympics you don't see Figure skaters draping themselves around with the flag and skating around the ring.

All other athletes could take a lesson from Track and Field athletes and IF they can't they shouldn't represent the RED White and Blue.

(Please, look up Jonathan Swift and accept my apology for a poor attempt at his great way of writing.)

and are employed at McDonalds and have crushing student debt and no health insurance, and guilt for their parents sacrificing. Their win is personal and has nothing to do with a country that puts obstacles in their paths. They achieve their dreams on their own, and have no duty to thank this country. Their only loyalty is to family and sponsors who did help them. then they get home and get taxed for their medals. It is disgusting.
